I applaud the founders and all the members of impericon for doing such an amazing job! Errmm.. when they send stuff from UK it arrives perfect but yesterday I had a package from their German sector and package was bent 2 vinyl now with bent corners and not worth much to me had to buy them again from Amazon, a simple cardboard sleeve is not enough protection from idiot postal services even the postman who delivered it was smiling about it you said be honest And to make things worse there was no apology from the company after I advised them. Well it took 2 weeks to get here but I'm very patient and I'm satisfied. Only the latest review will count in the company's TrustScore

Spoke to the Impericon who said they had free returns which was great! I have dealt with this site several times and i am very impressed with the service and how the items were delivered to my house. I was warned about impericon's slow delivery times but thought i would chance it. x I had some issues at checkout with my card but upon emailing customer service I got a quick reply with a real solution that actually worked! *UPDATE* I finally got an apology when they responded to my review!! When I stumbled upon this website I was weary at first but as soon as I looked through the band selections I was amazed and I was filled with utter joy at the variety of designs that I had never seen before! Shipping was fairly quick and items are great quality. :)
